Every Friday roll call, the New House Man of the Week will be unveiled.

It’s all about extra effort - going that extra mile in the House, classroom, sports field, music school, Design Centre, Theatre or Church.

The New House Man or Men who have put in an outstanding effort in any sphere of house or school life will receive a prize,  be photographed for the website and receive the congratulations of the entire house community.

Week 1 - The entire Third Year, for the speed at which they have settled in and become part of New House.

Week 2 - Joe Docherty, for giving up his free time to assist an injured friend

Will Harvey, for his cool headedness in an emergency

Week 3 -Theo Scaramanga, who has been made a house prefect

 George Maltby, for receiving five commendations

Week 4 - the senior debating team, for their awesome victory against Lyon House in the first round of the debate

Week 5 - Ben Dunlop, for assisting the Senior cricket side to victory

Stephen De Mora, for his invaluable help with the house website

Week 6 - Connor McKee, Jacob Dutt, Andy Ngai and Jon Harrison - for academic achievement
